The benefits of exercise are endless. When you regularly go for physical activity, improve our health.
It's decrease cardio risk, stress, our mood and many others


There are many people go for exercise to maintain health but mostly are not. There are many reasons behind the exercise. Most of them don't know " How to Make Exercise". Our life is so busy in modern era.
We are busy in our work and home responsibility, so they take up our time.
Thera are somes suggestions to improve health

  • Exercise doesn't mean you just go for walk or gym. The goal is to avoid sitting for long periods
  • If you want to go another floor then use stairs
  • Someone is going for coffee, go with them.
  • Make a plan when weather is good/nice
  • When you are office , walk and chat with colleagues instead of emails /WhatsApp.
  • When you hungry and ordering a meal  you will increase your calories that you intake. Before you go for meal, you can take prep snacks. They overindulge at your best meal. Prep snacks such as grapes, carrots sticks, raddish and many others
  • Drink two cups of water a half hour before eating and one cup of water before you eat. Drinking water after wakeup,before eating lunch and dinner.
These are very similar way to improve overall health in our busy life .
